Don't forget my main reason for using a capo… When writing or learning a new song I use it to change the key to bring it into a better vocal range for me! :)

Great point Wade. That wasn't even on my radar as I wasn't thinking about having the option to change keys, as you would if you were the boss, but rather how to get the best result when working within someone else's confines.
